Solventless Pre Chill Tank

Anyone who washes large amounts of products in a solvent free process knows the struggles of keeping temperatures down and the hassle of handling large amounts of ice. To help make the pre chilling process easier and quicker we have our line of rapid chill tanks, these double wall jacketed tanks are capable of quickly dropping temperature and maintaining near freezing temperatures of your intake process water from either an RO water filtration system or standard building water connection. We took take the guess work out of filling this vessel by incorporating an automatic fill function allowing the tank to always maintain a proper level without the need to manually top off after each use. • 50 Gallon Pre Chill requires a 3 ton chiller (230 single phase/230 three phase)
• 80 Gallon Pre Chill requires a 7 ton chiller (230 single phase/230 three phase)
• 100 Gallon pre chill requires a 10 ton chiller (230 single phase/230 three phase)
• 120 Gallon pre chill requires a 13.5 ton chiller (230 single phase/230 three phase)
