The “DT” Dust Tight model reduces operator exposure to product and dust contamination in the production room. Dust Tight systems are modularly upgradable to “C” Containment and High Containment washable solutions.
The stainless steel segments are ideal for microtabs and effervescent tablets.

Our unique patented metal check system Flex Connect guarantees completely closed Dust Tight transfer from deduster to drum without tri-clamp solution.
The unit is generally equipped with a metal particles detector. Three different detectors are available: Lock, Ceia, Safeline. As metal particles detectors are sensitive to vibrations, the vibrating parts of the deduster are isolated from the steady parts by our Flex Connect components. This allows it to reach optimal accuracy, such as a spherical 316L stainless steel part of 0,4 mm in the products. A smart system allows us to introduce test samples inside the metal check head without any contact between operator and product.
Metal check parameters are monitored through an integration of an original software of metal check supplier inside the central machine HMI. There are 4 different conveying dedusting heights available, from 500 mm to 1250mm. Thanks to sophisticated engineering, this Dust Tight base unit can be easily transformed into a “C” Containment or “HC” High Containment with washable execution.
