Degumming Enzyme

Degumming enzyme is phospholipase and can be used for high activity in breaking down phospholipids (gums), triglycerides, and sugar lipids. Recommended 2g of enzyme for 1kf of oil, 7.5 water pH, 40C.

This powder can achieve separation via hydration of the phospholipids, which breaks them down without the use of any alkalines or acids.

The product is organic (and non-toxic), making it especially useful for working with end products designed for human consumption.
