Not seen before in the cannabis industry!
Scientific 710 has eliminated anther bottleneck that plagues labs around the world. Having the ability to dry large amounts of filter media and significantly reducing moisture vs. traditional vacuum ovens.
The RVO-40 is capable of drying all types of filter media and blends of your choice.
The revolution in vacuum drying is here. Unforeseen in the cannabis space, the RVO-40 eliminates a bottleneck that plagues labs around the world. Using patent-pending technology, Scientific 710 has developed a way to agitate your sorbent powders while keeping them under vacuum. No more setting your filter media in trays and hoping to get it dry while taking up valuable vacuum oven space. With the help of the RVO-40, processors are capable of drying 35lbs of any media in a 2-hour period AND can remove even more moisture than ever before. The less moisture, the more effective the remediation process.
Comparing the drying capabilities of the RVO-40 to conventional vacuum ovens is like comparing two dimensions to three dimensions. In a conventional vacuum oven, you are drying the top surface of the material at a different rate then the bottom surface. This leads to moisture being trapped in the powder. When the media is agitated the entirety of the powder is being dried leaving no moisture behind. The result is dryer media that will help produce a higher quality concentrate.
The RVO-40 is manufactured from high-quality food-grade stainless steel, right here, in the USA.

Application and Use
The RVO-40 is specifically designed to dry sorbent powders, isolates, concentrates, and molecular sieves in a vacuum environment while simultaneously agitating.
The RVO-40 is designed to fit on any tabletop surface or dolly. Pair with the vacuum pump of your choice, plug in, add your desired amount of filter media (or other substance), set the desired temperature and let the RVO-40 do the rest.
Will the RVO-40 get my filter media dryer then a conventional vacuum oven?
Yes. The RVO-40 will significantly reduce the moisture content in all filter media. By agitating the filter media you are drying it on all sides. A traditional vacuum oven only dries the filter media on the top, leaving moisture trapped at the bottom. The constant rotation while drying when using an RVO-40, doesn’t leave any moisture behind.
Can I dry my choice of filter media?
Yes. You can choose whatever filter media you like. If you like to make custom blends, you can use the RVO-40 to dry as well as mix them together.
How Much Filter media can the RVO-40 Dry at one time?
The RVO-40 is capable of drying 25lbs every 24 hrs.
Does the RVO-40 work under vacuum while rotating?
Yes. The RVO-40 is specifically designed to maintain vacuum while spinning.
What temperature does the RVO-40 operate at?
We recommend operating at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for most medias. But the RVO-40 is capable of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Does the RVO-40 come with a vacuum pump?
No. vacuum pumps are sold separately.
