20.EX is a closed loop, ethanol centrifuge extractor capable of processing up to 1,500 lbs. of biomass in 24 hrs. The centrifuge is C1D1 rated with an umbilical connection to the control panel. An explosion-proof touchscreen tablet allows all operating parameters to be programmed to user specifications, with data logging and reporting capabilities. Cryogenic ethanol is automatically transferred from the holding tank and discharged directly to filtration or solvent recovery. The centrifuge is jacketed with a direct connection to a circulating chiller to maintain -40ºC temperatures during extraction. 20.EX is designed for safe, single user operation with easy material loading and unloading.
