Custom Made Machine –

Dual Tank Machine Inside dimensions of each tank to be 30″ (l to r) x 30″ (f to b) x 76″ (deep) – ablt to accomodate liquid level of 70″ with sloped bottom to drain with 1-1/2″ drain port on front side
Both tanks to be fitted with sound dampening materials to keep the noise level below 85 dBA, measured by walk around survey with Type 2 sound level meter
 

• Tank One ultrasonics specs – 25-40 kHz with at least 12 kW of RF power; ability to select full wave or half wave power to be included. amplitude power intensity to be controllable
• Tank Two ultrasonics specs – 25-40 kHz with at least 10 kW of RF power; ability to select full wave or half wave power to be included. amplitude power intensity to be controllable
• Weir filtration in BOTH tanks to filter down to 10 microns
• Electronic timer with range from 10 – 120 minutes
• Enclosure to be “rain resistant” will be splashed routinely
• Electrical connection needs to be at least 25 feet minimum in sealed conduit
• Each tank should be equipped with low level interlock that will not allow transducers to run without being immersed fully
• Each tank will be equipped with a hinged stainless steel cover that retracts to allow access to the full 30×30 clear opening

• Each tank will have heat operating from a 480 volt, 3 phase power supply to be controllable between 30-65 degrees centigrade
• All interconnecting power and control cables shall be provided and coordinated into a single location for prime power interface
• Engineering drawings to be included for approval PRIOR to fabrication
• 2 copies of manual, electrical schematics, and parts lists to be provided
