Booth Extension – Degassing Cabinet: Model 20
The Degassing Cabinet is an independent space that works in conjunction with the HAL Extraction Booth during the plant oil extraction process. It was created to safely off-gas used plant material still wet with solvents in a contained area, without compromising the safety of your CID1 space.

Standard Package
The Degassing Cabinet Standard Package includes sliding glass doors to separate the independent ventilation systems between the HAL Booth and the Degassing Cabinet. Door proximity sensors adjust the ventilation speed to ensure that the cabinet is not releasing flammable vapor outside of the space or pulling too much air from the Booth, needed to maintain the correct air pressure balancing. A. manual stop/start button increases airflow for the degassing operation and a timer for degassing is set by the operator along with a gas detector proof check to verify that the flammable gas has fully evaporated off of the spent plant material after the Degassing Cabinet’s fan has shut down.
