40.HX is a closed-loop, passive recovery hydrocarbon extractor capable of processing up to 80 lbs . per hour. Four 6” x 48” pressure-rated material columns and jacketed solvent vessel can be cooled using traditional chillers, CO2, or liquid nitrogen. System features in-line CRC with 150 lbs. stainless steel jacketed surge tank. Tube-in-shell falling film recovery system with molecular sieves for fresh biomass processing. All Decimal systems are constructed using the highest quality materials available, resulting in the industry’s only Lifetime Warranty.
