Decimal reactors are multi-purpose ASME stainless-steel jacketed vessels that can be used for decarboxylation and degassing of crude oil, as well as removal of residual solvents and terpenes. An explosion-proof agitating motor ensures safe operation with volatile solvents. A touchscreen C1D1 tablet allows precise control of temperature, vacuum and automated discharge. Optional explosion-proof vacuum pump assists with recovery of ethanol and terpenes with a cold trap to keep condensed vapors out of the pump. Designed for GMP compliance with Clean-In-Place (CIP) protocols. Vessel sizes 20 L, 50 L, 100 L, or 200 L.
