If you are not the intended recipient(s), you are hereby notified that any distribution or copying of this document is strictly prohibited. If you have received this document in error, please contact the sender and destroy the document(s) immediately.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is clearly damaged during transit, refuse the package and have the driver document any and all damage to the package(s). Scientific Solutions Inc. Cannot take responsibility for obviously damaged shipments that are accepted and signed for. For damaged, rejected shipments, Scientific Solutions will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement once the damaged inspection is complete. If there has been damage to your shipment that is not evident on the outside of the packaging, please contact us within 3 Business Days of the arrival of your shipment for instructions. Please be prepared to provide photos of the inside and outside of the packaging and damaged items. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, all packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

International Shipments

Your package(s) may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.


Our products are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for 1-year from the date of original purchase (original invoice date). Within this period, Scientific Solutions Inc. will, at its sole options, replace any components that fail in normal use. Such replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or shipping. Note: This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, unauthorized alteration or repairs or consumable products such as (but not limited to) grinding media, quartz and aluminum tubes, crucibles, heating elements, and thermocouples. Return Policy

By placing an order with Scientific Solutions Inc. either online or via phone, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies. Note: Returns must meet ALL criteria. We do not accept returns for customized items. Scientific Solutions Inc. under its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective. 1. You have 10-calendar days from the date your purchase was delivered to get a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return the goods to the possession of Scientific Solutions Inc. If the item is returned during this timeframe, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment amount available as credit good to use for 180- calendar days at any of our affiliates. Same terms apply to defective items properly returned. 2. Products should be returned unused and in the original condition and packaging it was received in. This includes all manuals, manufacturer’s crate/boxes, packing materials, etc. Returns received that have been used or with missing components or modifications will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. You will be responsible to ensure adequate packaging on all return shipmnets. If the shipment is damaged in transit to Scientific Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for the loss of any non-defective items. 3. For non-defective poroducts, a 15%restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of the initial shipment and return shipment. For products verified to be defective, Scientific Solutions Inc. will be responsible for your return shipment and the shipment of replacement Items.
